I meant to post this Friday but forgot.
So another Christmas has come and gone and we are closer to the end of the year. With the end of the year, of course, some the plethora of end of year lists.
My “main” end of year list is usually my favorite records of the year. You can check that out on The Bad Copy, the Chicago-based punk rock zine that I write for.

And here are the honorable mentions…
However, no end of year albums list would be complete without its accompanying Honorable Mentions list. This is a list of albums that I did really enjoy but ultimately did not make the final list. So here are those albums listed in alphabetical order by artist:

One.Kingdom.Animal - A Vulture Wake
Parted Ways - American Thrills
OTRA - Audio Karate
even in jest - cheerbleederz
Goodbye to Misery - Cold Years
Welcome to Dystopia - Dan Vapid and the Cheats
The Best of All Possible Worlds - Elway
Feel the Void - Hot Water Music
Miracle Question - Joyride!
Dark Star - Nyx Division
Plosives - PLOSIVS
De Und Ich - Pohgoh
Feral Coast - Scrunchies
A Fine Hill to Die On - Sic Waiting
A Modern Job - Sprints
Lunatics - The Drowns
Compartmentalization - The Normandys
Future Considerations - Trashed Ambulance
SZNZ: Autumn - Weezer
Another list I tend to do every year is my favorite movies. That one was published on December 16th and another online zine that I write for called The Future of the Force so you can check that list out here:

Up next, my 5 favorite podcasts of the year.
This week’s pull list was huge! Well, huge in comparison. It included mostly Star Wars comics of course but a couple of DC comics as well. I got Action Comics #1050, Yoda #2, Star Wars The High Republic: The Blade #1, Doctor Aphra #27, The Riddler: Year One #2, and Han Solo & Chewbacca #8.
I also started and finished the Dark Crisis on Infinite Earth series. It was nothing special to be honest. It was actually kind of mediocre.
That’s it for this issue. Things should get back on a normal schedule once we get moved.
Enjoy your new year and remember to BE MORE KIND!
